1. Application of high technologies on the List of high technologies prioritized for
development according to the Prime Minister’s decisions.
2. Production of products on the List of high-tech products prioritized for development
according to the Prime Minister's decisions.
3. Manufacture of products on the List of supporting industry products prioritized for
development according to the Government's regulations on the development of
supporting industries.
4. High technology incubation, high-tech enterprise incubation; venture capital
investment in high technology development; application, research, and development of
high technologies under law on high technology; manufacture of biotechnological
products; training of high-tech human resources; supply of high-tech services.
5. Production of software products, digital information content products, key information
technology products, and software services in accordance with law on information
technology; production of network information security products and supply of network
information security services in accordance with law on network information security;
production of products formed from scientific and technological findings in accordance
with law on science and technology.
6. Production of renewable energy, clean energy, and energy from waste incineration.
7. Manufacture of composite materials, light building materials, and valuable and rare
materials.
8. Manufacture of products on the list of key mechanical products according to the Prime
Minister's decisions.
