1. Collection, treatment, recycling, and reuse of
concentrated waste.
2. Construction and commercial operation of
infrastructures in industrial parks, export processing
zones, high-tech parks, and functional areas in
economic zones.
3. Development of water plants, power plants, water
supply and drainage systems; bridges, roads,
infrastructure, railway transportation and industry;
airports, seaports, inland waterway ports; aerodromes,
terminals, and particularly important infrastructure
projects decided by the Prime Minister.
4. Development of public transportation in urban areas.
5. Construction, management, and commercial operation
of markets in rural areas.
6. Development, operation, and management of technical
infrastructure works for industrial clusters.
