                1. Investment in research and development (R&D).
                2. Manufacture of steel billets from iron ore, high-grade steel, and alloys.
                3. Manufacture of coke and activated carbon.
                4. Manufacture of energy-saving products.
                5. Production of  petrochemicals, pharmaceutical  chemicals, base chemicals, and
                   rubber.
                6. Manufacture of products with an added value of 30% or more (under the guidance
                   of the Ministry of Planning and Investment).
                7. Manufacture of automobiles, automotive spare parts; shipbuilding.
                8. Manufacture of electronic  accessories, components, and parts that are not
                   included in Part A of this Appendix.
                9. Manufacture of machine tools, machinery,  equipment, spare parts, machines
                   serving agriculture, forestry, fishery, salt production, food processing machines,
                   and irrigation equipment which are not included in Part A of this Appendix.

                  Investment in the manufacture of equipment, supplies, and spare parts for the
                   cement industry; glasses; ceramic tiles; refractory materials; investment in the
                   manufacture of building  materials as substitutes for building  materials
                   manufactured with outdated technology.
                  Manufacture of environmentally friendly vehicles.

                   capacity of 30 tons or more; high-end passenger carriages with a speed of 100
