zones, high-tech parks, and economic zones; construction of student dormitories and
housing for beneficiaries of social policies; construction of functional urban areas
(including kindergartens, schools, and hospitals) for workers.
3. Response to oil spills, mountain landslides, failure of riverbanks, coasts, dams,
reservoirs, and other environmental emergencies; application of technology to reduce
greenhouse gas emissions and ozone layer depletion.
4. Investment in goods exhibition centers, logistics centers, inland container depots,
warehouses, supermarkets, and shopping malls.
5. Manufacture and supply of environmental monitoring equipment, on-site domestic
wastewater treatment equipment, and environmentally-friendly products and services
