Attract investment, create jobs for laborers in Ba Che

 Nam Son Industrial Complex (CCN) (Ba Che district) currently attracts 7 secondary investors with the occupancy rate of nearly 80% of the area. A number of factories have been preparing to go into operation, making important contributions to economic growth and creating many jobs for local workers.

 Nam Son Industrial Complex is planned to mainly produce and process forest products (wood, non-timber forest products); production of slats; civil carpentry; handicrafts; export packaging; produce and process agricultural products; Industrial production. Since 2016, Hoang Thai Joint Stock Company (the investor) has started to invest in building essential infrastructure in the CCN.

The investment project on construction and operation management of infrastructure of Nam Son Industrial Park has a total area of ​​47.5 hectares of land, of which phase 1 implements site clearance, investment and operation of 28.5 hectares (over 11 hectares of industrial land, the rest land for green trees, land for traffic). Total investment is over 276 billion VND (state budget support is over 60 billion VND, investors are 216 billion VND). Up to now, the construction items of Nam Son industrial cluster have basically been completed.

Typically, such as: Concrete main road connecting provincial road 329 with Nam Son port, 495m long; branch 1 internal traffic road, 322m long; public service road combined with the main road to the wastewater treatment area, 200m long; sidewalks, trees, gates, fences, electric lighting system, area over 4,000m2; drainage system, longitudinal trench, over 817m long; guard house, collecting road along provincial road 329; centralized wastewater treatment area, capacity 2,400m3/day. The project has completed the environmental impact assessment for the entire CCN.

At the end of 2019, the seafood (shrimp) processing factory of BNA Ba Che Seafood Joint Stock Company officially went into operation with a processing capacity of 15 tons of shrimp/day. This is the first seafood processing factory put into operation in Nam Son Industrial Park. The factory has created jobs for nearly 400 employees, of which more than 60% are in Ba Che district, with an average salary of 6-7 million VND/person/month. Phase 2, BNA Ba Che Seafood Joint Stock Company is preparing to invest in 4 more food processing factories in Nam Son CCN. It is expected that when going into operation, the enterprise needs to recruit nearly 1,500 workers to meet production needs.
