Song Khoai Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project, Quang Yen town, invested by Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company. The project has a total area of 714 hectares, with investment divided into 5 phases.
To date, the Industrial Park has carried out leveling construction on an area of 116.5 hectares; Completed 2 collector lanes with a length of 1.5 km on the East - West main road, the remaining 4.5 km long main road is continuing to invest. The investor has also completed and energized the Amata 1 110kV Transformer Station with a capacity of 63MVA-110/22kV; Putting into use Water Supply Station No. 1 with a capacity of 13,000m 3 /day and Wastewater Treatment Station No. 1 with a capacity of 8,000m 3 /day... ensuring the supply of electricity, water and wastewater treatment for investors. secondary fourth.
In Song Khoai Industrial Park, there are currently 15 secondary projects that have been implemented and registered for investment with a total capital of about 2.6 billion USD, oriented to attract investment in processing, manufacturing, and production projects. exporting electronic components, automobiles and supporting industries, giving priority to attracting industries using high technology.
