After listening to the opinions of the leaders of the departments, branches, localities and businesses, Mr. Bui Van Khang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded as follows:

1. For many years, the province has always accompanied businesses to solve and remove difficulties, problems and recommendations of businesses in each specific field, enterprises step by step overcome difficulties, boost production, make great contributions to the overall results in socio-economic development in the province. The Provincial People's Committee acknowledges the efforts of the departments, agencies, branches, units and localities in overcoming difficulties and obstacles, developing production and business for enterprises, promote import and export activities of goods through seaports in Quang Ninh province. Especially this year, because the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic is still very complicated and dangerous in many localities, the impact on the import and export situation in the province continues to face many difficulties.

2. To continue to accompany, support, remove difficulties and create favorable conditions for enterprises to conduct import-export activities through seaports in Quang Ninh province, to promote efficient production and business development, contributing to increasing state budget revenue in import and export activities in the province, assigning departments, branches and localities to:

The Department of Industry and Trade reviews, mobilizes, and convinces enterprises with petroleum business activities in the area to set up branches in Quang Ninh province to declare taxes according to the provisions of law (especially the focal units outside the province are supplying large quantities of petroleum to units in the province to pay environmental protection tax in the province); report and propose the Provincial People's Committee to meet, work and connect the consumption of petroleum products of the focal units to ensure the conditions for petroleum trading according to regulations.
