On February 8, 2023, in Hai Phong city, the Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry (VCCI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and 4 provinces, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong Duong and Hung Yen jointly organized a training conference on policy and legal advocacy skills in cross-border trade facilitation with the aim of listening and absorbing the voice of the business community at the same time enhancing activities to support businesses, promote regional linkages, strengthen coordination in exploiting, bring into play the potentials and advantages of the provinces in the development of mechanisms, policies and laws to promote cross-border trade. within the framework of the Agreement on Economic Connectivity on the Eastern Expressway between the Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry - VCCI and 4 provinces.
