Cultural standards of behavior

On November 30, 2022, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3504/QD-UBND on promulgating the Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh province.

The Code of Conduct consists of 4 chapters and 23 articles and is applicable to organizations and individuals living, working, working, studying and visiting in the province.

The Code of Conduct consists of two main parts: General Code of Conduct; codes of conduct in the community of residence and in certain public places. In which, the General Code of Conduct (Rule 5T) includes: Respect for the law; Respect yourself and others; Respect and protect the environment; Friendly, civilized, generous; Responsibility to self and community. The Code has clearly oriented do's and don'ts in villages, hamlets, residential areas and specific public places such as: sidewalks, roadways; flower gardens, squares, monuments, parks; commercial centers, supermarkets, markets, restaurants, eateries; railway stations, car stations, piers, airports, on public transport; when participating in traffic; amusement parks, entertainment, attractions, tourism.
