Deploying the Program on Environmental Protection, Food Safety and Digital Conversion in NTM construction period 2021 - 2025

Accordingly, the digital conversion program in NTM construction, towards smart NTM sets the goal of developing digital government in building new rural areas with the target of striving by 2025, 90% of the central work records, The provincial level, 80% of district -level work documents and 60% of commune work documents are processed on the network environment.
