On the morning of March 17, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations organized a discussion program on people-to-people foreign affairs in 2023. Mr. Hoang Duc Hanh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Union Association of Provincial Friendship Organizations, chaired the discussion.
Mr. Dong Huy Cuong, Head of the Multilateral Working Committee, Director of the Institute of International Studies and People's Foreign Affairs under the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, presented topics at the discussion.
