Apart from Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh also has a very rich culture, imbued with indigenous identities. Sarawak can learn many things from the way Quang Ninh develops its tourism products, said Deputy Minister of Tourism, Entertainment Industry and Performing Arts of Maylaysia’s Sarawak State, YB Datuk Snowdan Lawam.
