Gangwon governor visits Van Don International Airport
A delegation of ROK’s Gangwon province led by Governor Kim Jin Tae visited Van Don International Airport on October 26. On behalf of Quang Ninh leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Le Van Anh, received the delegation.

Some relevant issues taken into consideration by Gangwon’s tourism department and some travel agents includes its current flight routes, the transport system connected to the airport, preferential policies, etc.

Gangwon governor, Kim Jin Tae, expressed his impression on the development of Quang Ninh province in general and the tourism sector in particular. He highly appreciated the opportunity to connect tours and tourist routes whenever a direct flight route is opened between the two localities.

The opening of a direct flight route between Quang Ninh and Gangwon will pave a way new cooperative strategies in the future, he added.
