The units producing thermal power, cement, lime, and Hoanh Bo Industrial Park have completed the installation of continuous automatic air and wastewater monitoring systems and transmitted data directly to the Operation Center of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. . Thang Long Coal Company, Branch of Dong Bac Corporation has completed the installation of the mine wastewater monitoring system at Dan Chu commune, Quang La commune; Hoanh Bo CCN is installing a wastewater monitoring system...

Along with that, the city coordinated with units of the coal industry to implement the project to ensure an urgent environment for the coal industry in the area. Up to now, the total area planted with trees for environmental rehabilitation and restoration in the city is nearly 300 hectares. All units of the coal industry in the city have finished installing automatic environmental monitoring systems for wastewater treatment stations, connecting and transmitting data directly to control wastewater quality. The city regularly inspects, supervises and urges other mineral mining enterprises in the area to well perform the restoration and protection of the environment.
