Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park (phase 1) has a scale of 660ha, divided into 5 phases of site clearance. Up to now, the work of compensation and site clearance has been completed in phases 1.1 to 1.4, with an area of about 520ha, accounting for about 78.78% of the total area of the industrial park. Currently, the investor of the industrial park infrastructure is taking steps to serve the implementation of site clearance work for phase 1.5. It is expected to complete the clearance of the entire IP area in 2022. According to the report of Hai Ha District People's Committee, in the first 6 months of 2022, the total value of industrial and handicraft production is estimated at 10,723.2 billion VND, equaling 55.1% of the plan, up 31.9% compared to the plan. with the same period. In which, industrial production value is estimated at 9,063.2 billion VND, accounting for 84.5%, reaching 56.3% of the plan and increasing 40% over the same period; handicraft production value reached 532,343 billion dong, equaling 52.7% of the plan, up 30.6% over the same period. The production value of foreign-invested enterprises was estimated at VND 8,119.3 billion, up 33.8% over the same period.
