Implementing the Resolution No. 41/NQ - HDND dated September 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council, term XIV - 4th session

By implementation of Resolution No. 41/NQ-HDND dated September 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council, term XIV - The 4th meeting on adjusting Resolution No. 119/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 13, 2018 of Provincial People's Council on approving the adjustment of planning for exploration, exploitation and use of minerals as common building materials and scattered minerals in Quang Ninh province to 2020, with a vision to 2030 (attached copy), the Provincial People's Committee directs as follows:

Assign the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to assume the prime responsibility, and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units based on Resolution No. 41/NQ-HDND dated September 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council, term XIV - The 10th Session 4 and the provisions of law for implementation. At the same time, continue to review issues related to mineral mines (quarry, clay, sand ...) in the province to advise and resolve to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, the direction of the Government. Quang Ninh Province.
