Regarding adjusted capital, there were 115 turns of projects registered to adjust investment capital, down 23.8% over the same period, the total additional registered capital reached 1.61 billion USD, up 2.5 times over the same period last year. .

For capital contribution and share purchase, there were 445 times of capital contribution and share purchase from foreign investors, down 71.9% over the same period, the total value of contributed capital was 543.1 million USD, down 34.4 % over the same period.

By investment field, foreign investors have invested in 17 sectors; in which, the processing and manufacturing industry leads the way with a total investment of over 3 billion USD, accounting for 55.7% of the total registered investment capital. Electricity production and distribution ranked second with a total investment of 1.44 billion USD, accounting for 26.5% of total registered investment capital. Followed by the real estate business, professional science and technology activities with a total registered capital of nearly 485 million USD and nearly 153 million USD.

According to investment partners, 46 countries and territories have invested in Vietnam; In which, Japan leads with total investment capital of 1.64 billion USD, accounting for nearly 30% of total investment capital in Vietnam. Singapore ranked second with total investment capital of 1.07 billion USD, accounting for 19.6% of total investment capital.
