On behalf of the business community, Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) said that the 13th Party Congress has a very important position. The congress has the task of defining the vision to 2045, the country's socio-economic development strategy to 2030 and the development plan for the period 2021 - 2025, with the aspiration that Vietnam will complete industrialization. , basically becoming a modern industrialized country by 2030 and a developed country by 2045.
