Investment and development of healthcare in difficult areas

In order for people in mountainous and disadvantaged areas to have good access to quality medical services, in recent years, the Quang Ninh health sector has paid special attention to investing in building facilities, equipment, and attracting tourists. Human resources for medical examination and treatment facilities from the provincial to grassroots levels, especially in districts with many difficulties, with a large number of ethnic minorities such as Binh Lieu, Ba Che, Tien Yen...

 From the beginning of January 2020, when the 4-storey building of Ba Che district's health center was completed and put into use, medical staff and people here were extremely excited.

Together with Ba Che district health center, in 2021 Tien Yen district health center will also put into use a 5-storey medical center, with a floor area of ​​over 5,000m2. Thus, the Center has met the scale of 200 hospital beds, contributing to the good implementation of people's health care.

At the health center of Binh Lieu district, the province has invested nearly 90 billion VND to build a 4-storey medical center with new and synchronous medical equipment.

The Hai Ha district health center was completed and put into use in November 2019. The project has a total investment of 238 billion VND with a scale of 8 floors, a total floor area of ​​​​nearly 14,000m2, including many new, synchronous and modern invested medical equipment.

The health center of Mong Cai City is being established the No. 1 hospital, which has also been invested in new construction and put into operation from February 2020. The building consists of 5 floors, with a total floor area of ​​​​about 10,000m2, meeting the task of receiving, isolating and treating suspected or infected cases of Covid-19.
