Investment promotion professional training

On October 26, the Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) organized a training course on investment promotion in Quang Ninh province in 2021 for 150 officials of departments and branches under the working group of DDCI, Investor Care, investment promotion and officials related to promotion, support and settlement of procedures for investors.

Through the training course, it will help trainees improve their initiative in promoting and attracting investment projects in their management areas.

The organization of the training course was implemented on the basis of strictly complying with the measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

At the training course, lecturers, speakers, experts from the Ministry of Planning and Investment and a number of international organizations, representatives of industrial park infrastructure investors informed the trainees on the following topics: The trend of shifting FDI capital flows due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic and solutions to attract investment for Quang Ninh province; improving the efficiency of on the spot investment promotion activities for areas focusing on attracting investment in the processing industry, manufacturing, electronics, tourism, seaport services and logistics; proposing solutions to promote investment promotion into industrial zones and economic zones in the province; proposing solutions to attract investment from secondary enterprises in industrial zones; sharing experiences of units in charge of investment promotion in the area of Uong Bi city and Dong Trieu town.

IPA awards certificates to trainees who have completed the training course in Quang Ninh province 2021.

Through the training course, it will help trainees improve their initiative in promoting and attracting investment projects in their management areas. Also improve qualifications, expertise, skills of investment promotion and knowledge of international integration combined with investment promotion. At the same time, improve the efficiency of on-site investment promotion activities, accompany businesses and investors in the process of researching and implementing investment projects in the province.
