Maintaining the "Safe Green Zone" for import and export activities in Mong Cai
The Mong Cai International Border Gate Management Board requests all relevant organizations and individuals to strictly implement measures against the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Management Board of Mong Cai International Border Gate requested organizations and individuals working in the area of the Bac Luan II bridge border gate, the Km 3+4 Hai Yen open road opening to continue strictly implementing Covid-19 prevention and control measures
Truck drivers, service staff, and labors working at border gates and opening roads in the city must meet essential criteria such as having negative test results by RT-PCR/RT-LAMP method within 72 hours after collecting samples, having a full dose of COVID-19 vaccine (not applicable to people who have recovered), carrying out regular medical declarations, and fully complying with 5K regulations.
At the same time, they must immediately notify the local medical facility in case there are abnormal signs, namely cough, fever, sore throat, loss of taste and smell, etc.
In addition, all organizations and individuals have to strictly implement the registration and sampling of SARS-CoV-2 virus screening according to defined regulations. Particularly, drivers and those accompanied must register for sampling before the old test results are more than 72 hours and register to stay in an isolated area. They are not allowed to drive outside the border gate area of Bac Luan bridge II, Km 3+4 Hai Yen opening road (except for special cases that must be approved in writing by the Border Guard and Health Quarantine).
The Management Board also requires bussiness employees, border residents engaged in import-export activities, and transit drivers to strictly conform to the regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control announced by the two countries, Vietnam and China.
Any cases of violations will be severely punished. They will be forced to undergo concentrated medical isolation and pay fees for such quarantee period.
