Therefore, the implementation of the DDCI assessment program in 2022 must be researched, calculated carefully, ensuring science, accuracy, objectivity, reflecting the quality of the work of the departments, branches, local.

From the comments and suggestions of the representatives of the leaders of the departments, branches and localities, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted a number of key issues that need to be carefully considered during the implementation of the DDCI assessment such as the number of quantity and structure of subjects for survey and evaluation; study the division of areas and groups according to specific characteristics of work, scope of activities, and geographical areas to ensure equality in emulation and additional subjects to be surveyed and evaluated; research and choose a reasonable survey method, ensure scientific, professional, accurate, objective, substantive... At the same time, it is necessary to study and establish a model of the provincial DDCI working group with the participation of departments. , functional sectors and a number of related units to better advise, coordinate, deploy and monitor the DDCI assessment process.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the provincial IPA receive comments, supplement and complete the program of implementing the DDCI assessment in 2022; report back to the Provincial People's Committee for approval, promulgated in July and implemented in August 2022.
