On August 22, at the National Assembly House, a group of young Vietnamese National Assembly deputies in collaboration with the Japan Liberal Democratic Party's Youth Committee held a discussion between young Vietnamese National Assembly deputies and young Japanese parliamentarians.

The Dialogue is an opportunity for young Vietnamese and Japanese parliamentarians to exchange experiences in parliamentary activities, promote relationships between young politicians, enhance sharing of views, and offer solutions. new methods to promote youth participation in various fields to ensure peace, development and prosperity. Young National Assembly deputies of the two countries said that it is necessary to create more favorable conditions to promote the participation of young people in political activities, and empower young people and women to participate in political activities.

Young delegates wish to contribute their voices to the decisions of the Government, political parties and international organizations; help the Government of each country to formulate policies related to education, career orientation to better meet the needs of the job market, train and improve skills for young people to have job opportunities better; call for the implementation of initiatives to empower youth in business and ensure gender equality in the job market, create conditions for young businesses to access loans and allocate funds for young businesses.
