Particularly on June 20, there were a total of 35 cold chain export vehicles exported to China through this opening.

Before June 17, to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, cold chain products could not be exported to China through border gates and openings in Mong Cai city. Particularly at ICD Thanh Dat port, there are 118 cold chain cargo containers stored in yards and 557 cold chain cargo containers stored in frozen warehouses.

Import and export goods through the opening of temporary pontoon bridge Km3+4 Hai Yen

It is known that the Department of Trade and Border Gate Management of Dong Hung City (China) previously sent a letter to exchange with the Management Board of Mong Cai International Border Gate (Vietnam), which agreed from June 17 / 2020. 2022: restore customs clearance of cold chain goods through Bac Luan Bridge II border gate and Km3+4 Hai Yen opening; trial operation of customs clearance activities at Dong Hung border gate, daily operation time is from 9 am to 17 pm (Beijing time), ie from 8 am to 16 pm (Hanoi time). During the trial operation, it is expected that every day 40 ships will participate and only cassava starch goods will be cleared.

Thus, from June 17, import and export activities of goods through border gates and openings in Mong Cai city have returned to normal.
