Especially at places where new markets are built, markets that have a policy to move or are undergoing transformation of management models will consult business households and people in the project area on market planning, temple plans. compensation, site clearance... Besides, every year the Department will continue to coordinate with localities to resolutely eliminate and prevent the arising of temporary markets and toad markets that do not ensure food hygiene and safety conditions. .
Currently, the Department is collecting comments to complete the development of general operating regulations at the markets. At the same time, there is a plan to train and foster the staff to improve their knowledge on management, ensuring fire prevention and safety; replicating the model of "market to ensure food safety and hygiene"; mobilize small businesses to change their behavior, build a civilized and polite business culture, to meet the increasing demands of consumers.
