Opening of Vietnam - Japan trade exhibition, cultural and culinary space
On the evening of November 17, at October 30 Square, Hong Hai Ward (Ha Long City), the Opening Ceremony of the Vietnam - Japan trade exhibition, cultural and culinary space took place.
Attending on the Central side were comrades: Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam - Japan Parliamentary Friendship Group; Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Former Politburo Member, Former Chairwoman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. On the Japanese side were Mr. Suzuki Naomichi, Governor of Hokkaido Province, Japan; Mr. Tsutomu Takebe, Special Advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Alliance, Chairman of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association. On the side of Quang Ninh province, there was comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and other leaders of Quang Ninh province.
Vietnamese - Japanese cuisine.
The Vietnam - Japan culture and cuisine exhibition has a scale of 100 booths, including 50 Japanese booths and 50 Vietnamese booths. The display booths include: Japanese - Vietnamese cuisine, culture and fashion; promote tourism, businesses, science, technology, and handicrafts. In addition, there are 4 check-in miniature landscape clusters and 1 snow house for residents and tourists to experience and take souvenir photos.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, the representative of the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Ninh province affirmed that the Vietnam - Japan 2023 trade, cultural and culinary space exhibition will be held within the premises of the Planning Palace, Ho Chi Minh City. Market and Exhibition of Quang Ninh province, on the banks of the Heritage and Natural Wonder of the World Ha Long Bay, has a unique style in form, rich in products, unique in culture, and especially attractive. Attending and experiencing the exhibition, visitors will be able to visit the display booths and enjoy unique products on commerce, culture, art, tourism, and cuisine; Visit the science and technology product display area, along with many other interesting, exciting and impressive experiences.
Mr. Nakata Takahiro, Head of the Hokkaido Festival Organizing Committee on the Japanese side believes that with many similarities in geography, economics, and politics, Quang Ninh ( Vietnam ) and Hokkaido (Japan) will together bring the Festival to life. The festival in general and the Exhibition space in particular are a new harmony, blending deeply with friendship and solidarity, to introduce and honor the traditional culture of the two countries and two provinces. Through the Exhibition, it will help promote the images of nature, culture, and people of the two sides; attract domestic and foreign tourists; connecting businesses, promoting exchanges and cooperation for economic development; working together towards the noble goal of everything for the happiness of the people and for human development. Thereby, contributing practically to improving the diplomatic relationship between Japan and Vietnam.
