The People's Committee of Van Don district has just sanctioned an administrative violation of VND 100 million against Phuong Dong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Dong Xa commune), for pouring land and leveling the ground on an area that has not yet been completed. used by the People's Committee of Dong Xa commune, located outside the allocated land boundary.
