On the afternoon of July 5, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, went to check the construction progress of the road project connecting Ha Long - Hai Phong highway to provincial road 338 (phase 1) on Quang Yen town.

Comrade Ngo Hoang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested the investor and contractors to mobilize manpower and machinery to speed up the construction progress of projects in Quang Yen town.

The project of connecting road from Ha Long - Hai Phong highway to provincial road 338 (phase 1) has a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, invested by the Project Management Board in the construction of civil and industrial works. province as the investor. The project includes the intersection at Km6+700 on Ha Long - Hai Phong highway and the main road over 4km long connecting the intersection with the main road of Song Khoai Industrial Park in Quang Yen town.

Currently, for the road construction package, the construction unit has completed the embankment of K95 for 1.6/4km and is implementing the construction of 2 overpasses on the route. For the intersection at Km6+700, 22/108 bored piles of the highway overpass have been completed; soft ground treatment with cement piles, highway extension reaches 12%.

The contractor is actively implementing the construction of Dam Nha Mac intersection.

Checking the actual progress of the project, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, asked the investor to urge the contractors to accelerate the implementation of the project items. Quang Yen Town focuses on completing the site clearance work for the remaining area. Regarding the problem of allocating backfill land to serve the construction process, he asked the relevant departments and branches and Quang Yen Town to coordinate with the investor to promptly remove and ensure the complete completion of the project. projects according to the set schedule in the first quarter of 2022.
