On the afternoon of December 8, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province held a meeting to listen and give comments on the draft Plan to coordinate in organizing a 2-year preliminary conference to implement the memorandum of understanding between Quang Ninh province and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry.
