Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the practical and effective contributions of JICA, JBIC, the Japanese Federation of Economic Organizations (KEIDANREN) and the Vietnam-Japan Economic Committee in Vietnam in promoting Deploying large infrastructure projects, training projects, capacity building, and support from the Japanese side in improving the investment environment and enhancing Vietnam's competitiveness.

The Prime Minister affirmed that after 50 years of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, the relationship between the two countries is in a period of good, strong and comprehensive development in all fields, with high trust.
