Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received the Saudi Ambassador to Vietnam

The Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam is ready to create favorable conditions for the operations of investment funds and corporations of Saudi Arabia; We suggest that the two sides soon sign an Agreement to encourage investment protection.

On the afternoon of March 29, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Vietnam Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy for a courtesy visit.

At the meeting, on the occasion of the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh wished the ambassador along with Saudi Arabia's friends in Vietnam and through the Ambassador to King Mohamed Bin Abdulaziz Bin Salman, Crown Prince, Prime Minister General Mohamed Bin Salman wishes for peace and happiness.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the ambassador's positivity in strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the two countries in recent times; He believes that with his experience and dynamism, the ambassador will continue to make many contributions to promoting further development of relations between the two countries.

The Vietnamese Government will direct Vietnamese authorities to coordinate and support the ambassador in completing his duties.

Implementing a foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, diversification, multilateralization, being a good friend, a reliable partner and a responsible member of the international community, Vietnam is interested in and wishes to increase its Strengthen cooperation with Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia, which is a large country with a role in the region.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the achievements of the Saudi people in building and developing the country under the leadership of King Mohamed Bin Abdulaziz Bin Salman and Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohamed Bin Salman; contributing to realizing the goal of "Vision 2030," affirming Saudi Arabia's important role and position in the region and the world.

Ambassador Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy thanked Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh for taking the time to receive him; said he has been working in Vietnam for 8 months, witnessing Vietnam achieve many great achievements in the context of many complex and difficult developments in the world; Along with that, the relationship between the two countries is increasingly consolidated and strengthened on the basis of mutual respect and mutual support in regional and international issues; It is expected that in the coming time, the cooperative relationship between the two countries will be promoted more strongly.
