Dong Trieu, Ha Long, Dam Ha, Hai Ha are localities with low results of planting ironwood, gioi, and paved forests, reaching only about 30% of the plan. In which, Dam Ha district reached 6.9%, Ha Long city, a locality within the framework of the province's policy to support large timber plantations, has only reached 20%.

Regarding resources for planting iron, gioi, and slices, out of a total of over 1,128 hectares achieved by the end of May, up to 70% of the area has been deployed from socialization resources of people, businesses, the area with budget support is nearly 30%. By the end of May 2022, 41 agencies, units and businesses have registered to respond to support the planting of iron-lime forest in 2022 with an amount of over 600 hectares, of which many units have transferred funds to implement this project. presently.
