On April 11, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) announced the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI). 2022. Quang Ninh continues to be the leading locality, at the same time setting a record of 10 years in the TOP 5 and 6 consecutive years of receiving the Champion Cup in this prestigious ranking.
