Quang Ninh shares experiences at the "Practices of the Single Window: Lessons for East Timor" Seminar
On June 11, Quang Ninh province was selected to represent Vietnam to attend the "Practices of the Single Window: Lessons for East Timor" Seminar in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Vietnam.

Attendees of the Seminar were representatives of the Prime Minister's Office of the Democratic Republic of East Timor; UNDP representative of the Asia - Pacific region (headquartered in Thailand); UNDP Viet Nam; UNDP East Timor; representatives of Vietnam and other ministries, branches and organizations in East Timor such as: Representative of the European Union, Ministry of State Administration, Standing Committee of Astana Civil Serice Hub... The conference also had the participation of speakers from countries: Vietnam, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Brazil, Malaysia, Georgia...
In Quang Ninh, representatives of leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and leaders of the Provincial Investment Promotion Agency participated in presenting and discussing the topic "Operation model of the Provincial Public Service Center - Practice and experience of Quang Ninh province, Vietnam”. Speakers from other countries also shared on topics such as: e-government and digitization in the administrative field, solutions to support disadvantaged people in society to access public services...
Leaders of IPA and Department of Home Affairs exchanged and discussed at the Seminar in the form of an online Q&A
These are useful lessons for East Timor and the participating countries to research, apply, and perfect the one-stop model of East Timor and the participating countries.
