Quang Yen Town hands over clean ground to the Green Ha Long complex urban area project

On the afternoon of October 7, Quang Yen Town People's Committee had a working session with Vingroup - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, the investor of the Green Ha Long Complex project, to hand over 1,608.63 hectares of clean ground.

Comrade Le Manh Tuyen, Standing Vice Chairman of Quang Yen Town People's Committee, witnessed the signing of the handover of the clean ground area between localities and Vingroup - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.

Ha Long Xanh complex urban area has a total estimated land area of over 4,109 hectares, including about 3,186 hectares in communes and wards: Tan An, Ha An, Hoang Tan, Lien Hoa in Quang Yen town and over 923 hectares in Ha Khau and Dai Yen wards (Ha Long City), invested by Vingroup Group - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company as an investor.

Particularly for Quang Yen town, this is a key project that has been identified by Quang Ninh province as a key and dynamic urban area, opening up many new development spaces for Ha Long City and Quang Yen coastal economic zone. Therefore, Quang Yen town directed specialized agencies to carry out all activities related to site clearance, in order to soon hand over the site to the investor to carry out the project on schedule.

With the strong determination of Quang Yen town, at the meeting, the two sides agreed to the contract to hand over the area of ​​1,608.63ha/ 3,186ha of ground to the joint venture invested by Vingroup - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company. This is the area that has essentially completed the compensation and site clearance in October 2021.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Luong Tuan Nghia, representative of Vingroup Group - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, thanked the efforts of the Party Committee, authorities and people of Quang Yen town, agreed to hand over the site, for the Group to carry out the Project. This is a project with large investment capital, the investor consortium will complete synchronously the transport, technical and social infrastructure system, aiming to build the complex urban area Ha Long Xanh. in the direction of multi-purpose, with coastal urban identity, associated with eco-resorts; is a green city with a modern and synchronous development orientation, paying attention to the conservation of traditional cultural and historical relics and exploiting the natural landscape elements...

The investor continues to wish to continue to receive help and direction from Quang Ninh province in general and Quang Yen town in particular in coordinating propaganda and mobilizing people to fulfill their commitments on land allocation to owners. investment. After receiving the handover, the investor will proceed to implement the next measures to implement the project.
