In the view of not wasting investment resources, cutting and transferring capital sources for projects that are behind schedule, at the 2nd session of the last 14th Provincial People's Council passed a resolution to allocate and adjust public investment capital from the provincial budget in 2021.

 

 Accordingly, there are 19 projects and works that must reduce investment capital with a total amount of over 684 billion VND. In which, reducing investment capital for 16 projects that do not guarantee the disbursement progress to reach 50% of the plan until June 30, 1 project that does not guarantee the disbursement rate to reach 100% until September 30, and 2 projects that do not guarantee the disbursement rate. Completed project no longer requires capital.

 The route of Dong Trieu Town Center strives to complete the technical route in the third quarter of 2021.

It is known that at present, the district budget capital is about 147 billion VND that has not been allocated, of which Uong Bi City is over 29 billion VND, Mong Cai is 25 billion VND, Dam Ha is over 25 billion VND, and Cam Pha is over 19 billion VND. , Van Don 10 billion dong. This capital source will be considered and proposed by the People's Council of the same level to be allocated and adjusted for projects according to the plan.

The timeline until September 30 is not long, while the amount of investment capital is still very large, about 11,000 billion VND. Therefore, it is necessary to have a sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility in the participation of the investor and related units, especially in coordinating to support and accelerate the appraisal of land prices, compensation for clearance and land prices. resettlement, land use purpose conversion, project appraisal opinions, planning, site clearance... so that projects can be implemented soon, complete the capital disbursement plan as allocated from the beginning of the year. , contributing to ensuring the province's economic growth target of over double digits.
