"Sharing experience in implementing One-Stop Service Model" international webinar
On August 4, the Investment Promotion Agency chaired and coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center to attend the International Webinar "Sharing experiences in implementing the Single Window Service Model” organized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Lao Ministry of Home Affairs, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) office.
The webinar was attended by agencies under the United Nations such as: UNDP, UN DESA, ESCAP, UNPOG...; Ministry of Interior of Laos and speakers from 06 countries: Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Bangladesh and about 100 guests from other state agencies and international organizations.

At the Webinar, the participants and speakers presented, exchanged and clarified the following contents: the important role of direction and leadership for effective service centers; coordinating institutions, organizing structures, processes, digitizing and mobilizing resources for one-stop service centers; the effectiveness of national governance at the local level; performance report and evaluation; experiences and lessons from implementing the one-stop-shop model in public service delivery.
The conference is an opportunity to introduce and promote the image of Quang Ninh province in particular and Vietnam in general to international friends, especially the achievements in administrative reform of the province through the model of a public administrative center.
In particular, this is also an opportunity for Lao PDR and other countries to share, listen to initiatives, learn from each other's experiences to serve the work of advising and proposing solutions on administrative reform and modernization; researching, building and promoting efficiency of one-stop models in the new situation.
