As a result, in 2021, the Provincial Customs Department has attracted 640 new businesses to carry out procedures through the area, increasing the state budget revenue by over VND 980 billion.

Similarly, the Provincial Tax Department has stepped up support and guidance for newly established businesses to declare and pay taxes electronically according to regulations; guiding the implementation of revised administrative procedures on tax declaration, tax payment and electronic tax refund; continue to implement the program "Accompanying start-ups". Along with that, the unit also actively participated in the implementation of instructions for businesses affected by the Covid-19 epidemic to extend tax payment, tax exemption, tax reduction, registration fee, and land rent. In which, 100% of VAT refund enterprises are entitled to tax refund via electronic form. In 2021, the whole province has 1,371 businesses that have been accepted by the tax authority with an extension request with the tax and land rent of 994.8 billion dong. This is an interest-free loan, minimizing costs and reducing cash flow pressure to help businesses overcome difficulties caused by the pandemic.

In addition to directing departments, branches and localities to actively participate in removing difficulties for businesses, the province has issued the highest mechanism in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic with appropriate scenarios, processes and solutions. with the situation; proactively respond to arising situations; accelerate the progress of vaccination against Covid-19 on a large scale.
