Speeding up the clearance of Song Khoai Industrial Park
Song Khoai Industrial Park (Quang Yen Town) has a total planning area of 714ha, identified by the province as one of the key and strategic industrial zones in the development of high-tech industry, processing and manufacturing industry. In order for the IP to come into operation soon, the investor is Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company (Amata Group, Thailand) is coordinating with related industries to speed up the site clearance and synchronous construction of technical infrastructure. Song Khoai Industrial Park has a large planning area, so the site clearance work is divided into 5 stages, with the area to be cleared respectively: 123ha, 120.08ha, nearly 300ha, over 92ha, nearly 80ha. Up to now, the investor together with the Quang Yen town government has completed the clearance of the entire 123ha area, phase 1, and was granted a land use right certificate by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for phase 1 (July 2, 2020).
The investor performs the leveling work of Song Khoai Industrial Park project. Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, Director of Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company, said: For the area of phase 1 has been cleared, after the Technical Infrastructure Department (Ministry of Construction) approved the technical design documents. Technically, the unit has actively carried out leveling; building 63MW - 110/22kV transformer station, clean water supply station with capacity of 6,500m3/day, wastewater treatment station with capacity of 4,000m3/day. Up to now, the unit has leveled nearly 40/123ha of phase 1, ready to meet the needs of secondary investors. The total estimated investment value of the project to date is nearly 200 billion VND. |
