Spending prizes for the organization of Women's Entrepreneurship Day at all levels of Women's Unions
This is the content of Circular 53/2022/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on the management and use of non-business funds from the central budget to implement the national target program on rural construction. new period 2021-2025.
The Circular clearly stipulates expenditures to support the effective implementation of the Project "Supporting women to start a business in the period 2017-2025".
Accordingly, the object, scope and content of activities are implemented in accordance with Decision No. 939/QD-TTg dated June 30, 2017 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Supporting women to start a business in the period of 2017 - 2025".
Expenditures and expenditure levels include: Prizes for the organization of Women's Entrepreneurship Day at all levels of the Women's Union. Expenditure levels comply with the provisions of Clause 4, Article 4 of Circular No. 126/2018/TT-BTC guiding the management and use of non-business funds to implement the Project "Supporting students to start a business up to 2025". ";
Expenses to support the implementation and replication of viable business models and start-ups. Contents to support and replicate models follow the guidance of the Vietnam Women's Union. Expenditure content and level of expenditure are specified in Clause 1, Article 14 of Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BTC;
Expenses to support the establishment of the model and maintain the model's activities. Support women in starting a business at the central level, representing the region and replicating the model at the provincial/city levels; network of mentors/advisors for women-owned, start-up and start-up businesses. Specific content of building a model to follow the guidance of the Vietnam Women's Union.
