Faced with that situation, based on Resolution No. 84/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2020 of the Government and Official Letter No. 4596/BCT-TTTN dated June 24, 2020 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department advised the Provincial People's Committee to: issued Official Letter No. 2491/UBND-TH dated July 23, 2020 on the organization of programs to stimulate domestic consumption, expand the domestic market, and support production and business enterprises.
