Investing in improvement, equipping with many new utilities, features and services and many new solutions is the way that the Center for Industry and Trade Promotion and Development has been applying to promote, advertise and elevate OCOP products. through an e-commerce platform.
Sharing about the operation of the e-commerce floor, Mr. Nguyen Kien, Director of the Center for Industry and Trade Promotion and Development (Department of Industry and Trade), said: The e-commerce floor is managed by the unit at www:http//teqni. gov.vn is currently the "home" of about 300 OCOP products. Currently, the new floor maintains the main function of introducing, promoting and creating links between producers and consumers of OCOP products. In order to keep up with the strong development of e-commerce, the exchange has been interested in investing to promote e-commerce of OCOP products in the coming time.
In fact, after about 12 years of operation, the e-commerce floor revealed many shortcomings and disadvantages such as: Technical infrastructure of the floor is still backward, the interface is not modern, many functions are still rudimentary and limited, especially online payment, no application on mobile phones... The weak attraction of e-commerce partly affects the perception of many businesses and cooperatives; restrict the promotion and e-commerce with OCOP products and the participation of businesses and consumers themselves.
